The business and affairs of Clark Energy are managed by a board of nine directors which exercise of all of the powers of the cooperative except such as are by law, or by Clark Energy's Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws. Directors are elected for terms of four years according to the schedule set forth by the Bylaws.
