If you build a Touchstone Energy Home meeting all specifications required and installing a geothermal system or an air-source heat pump with a 13.0 SEER; 8.0 HSPF, you may qualify for a $250 rebate. Home must be constructed before December 31, 2010.

All members that are planning to apply for the Touchstone Energy Home incentive must submit house plans to our energy advisor prior to starting consturction for heat gain/loss calculations to be done. A blower door test is administered after the home is built to verify that the home meets the required standards before it is eligible for the rebate.
