The above changes are net and payable within ten days from the date of the bill

Late Payment Fees

An amount equal to five percent (5%) of the past due amount will be added to all accounts that are in past due condition. Late payment fees will apply after ten days from the date of the bill. Late payment fees will apply only to the net bill, exclusive of special charges, tax and other assessments.
