Deposits:
Clark Energy may require a cash deposit as a guaranty to secure payment of bills. This deposit, when acquired, will accumulate interest at six percent per annum and will be refunded or credited to the customer's bill on an annual basis by the Cooperative. Deposits will be returned after 18 months if the consumer has established a satisfactory payment record for the period.
Late Fees:
An amount equal to five percent of the past due amount will be added to all accounts that are in a past-due condition. Lay payment fees will apply ten days from the date of the bill.
