Automatic Bank Draft Service will save you time, postage, check costs, and trips to our office. In addition, you will have the security of knowing that your bill will always be paid on time - even when you are away from home.
How does the the Automatic Bank Draft Service work?
Approximately ten days before your payment is due, you will receive a statement showing the amount of your bill and the bank draft payment date. The amount of your bill will automatically be deducted from your bank account on the date indicated. You will have sufficient time to be sure the money is available in your account.
Can I stop paying my bills by bank draft whenever I choose?
You can terminate the automatic bank draft payment service by notifying our office in writing.
What if I dispute the amount of my bill?
If there is a problem with your billing you can call our Winchester office to stop the bank draft process.
How do I start the Automatic Bank Draft Service?
Your will need to fill out a form, provide us with a voided check or a deposit ticket. If you have more than one account with Clark Energy be sure to include all of your account numbers on your application for draft service. Only the accounts listed on your authorization form will be paid through the bank draft service. If you have any questions, contact our office.
Remember, it takes time to process your bank draft authorization. Please continue to pay your bill as before until you receive a statement from us that indicates that your bill is being deducted automatically from you bank account.
