Assistance Programs

Clark Energy provides a community-based program to help during difficult circumstances.

The Neighbor to Neighbor Program collects donations made by Clark Energy members and places the money is a special account that is administered by Kentucky River Foothills and Gateway Community Services. Every dollar goes directly to Clark Energy members with nothing set aside for administrative fees.

The funds are then used to help Clark Energy members who are struggling because of financial hardships to pay their electric bill.

If you would like to give, just check the area that you return with your payment for the Neighbor to Neighbor program and add the amount you would like to give.
